Functional Patterns is a results-driven training methodology founded in 2006 by CEO Naudi Aguilar, who has spent over a decade certifying practitioners worldwide and advancing the field of human biomechanics. As a Human Biomechanics Specialist (HBS) certified in the Functional Patterns system, I’m proud to be part of a global network of practitioners delivering real, measurable results.

This methodology is redefining the fitness and rehab industries by addressing the root cause of pain and dysfunction through posture, movement, and alignment, something no other system does as precisely.
